Read text aloud

Read aloud turns text into speech.

1. Install a voice model from Get models → Read aloud. MMS-TTS models are small and fast, with one voice per language. Bark is larger and more expressive, with several voices.
2. Open Read aloud, paste or type your text and press the Read aloud button.
3. Play the recording, or save it.

Options

Option	What it does
Voice	For Bark: Surprise me (Bark picks a voice), or English, voice 1 to voice 4. Other models have a single voice.
Speed	Slower, Normal or Faster.

Note

wanna.sh only lists voice model types that have been tested end to end, so everything you can download from Get models → Read aloud is known to work.
